Do what the real news does, pick something not too terribly important, and make a fuss about it.
This is a place for creative folk, doesn't have to be serious discourse... Why not talk about your audio work, what gear you use, what you've learned. Also, asking questions in a newspost/blog, usually attracts all kinds of answers.
